Competitions can be a great way to gain experience fighting people your grade/weight and provide insight on what you need to focus on in training. In the past, members have coordinated group trips to events, which can be a great social opportunity too.

If you’re attending a competition, let one of the captains or coaches know (especially if you’re a lower grade and want to discuss what to expect).
